If you are not 100% satisfied with your paid privacy policy, we’re happy to issue a full refund anytime in the 30 days after you bought it. There is only one proviso.

The Golden Rule

You can request a refund any time in 30 days after purchase – provided you are not using our privacy policy on your website.

Our system checks automatically, both before and after processing refunds. If you request a refund, then use the policy we custom generated for your site, we’ll bill you again for the privacy policy.

How to Claim a Refund

Simply go to our contact form, select “Refund Request” from the dropdown menu and follow the instructions. We ask for two things:-

#1. Your receipt. Either via PayPal or Stripe.com, if you paid by credit or debit card. This makes it very easy for us to find your transaction to refund.

#2. Your feedback. Please tell us the honest truth for how we can improve our service.
